Conditions for adoption:

Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc requires the following for all animals adopted:
1.	Each animal will have an adoption fee based on the care Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc rendered.
2.	Adoption fees will be paid prior to picking up animal.
3.	Animals will be transported properly.  Horse trailers will be subject to inspection for the safety of the animal.
4.	Animals will be treated with respect and will not be abused or neglected
5.	Animals will receive appropriate vet and farrier care.
6.	Animals will not be sold or given away within the first two years without consent of Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc.
7.	The animal may have specific requirements and these requirements will have to be met (i.e. special trims for injuries, not to be around children, not be to used for breeding purposes, etc).
8.	Animals will have appropriate housing.  This many consist of a run-in, dog house, etc.
9.	NO BARBED WIRE fence will be allowed around the animals.
10.	Animals that are adopted are subject to inspection for the first two years.  
11.	Upon adoption, a contact will be signed to agree to the above requirements.
12.	Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc will not be held liable for any injury or damage caused by animal adopted.
13.	Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc will not be held liable for any injury or damage while on Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc property.


Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc will:
1.	Review the application and respond to the applicant within a reasonable time frame.
2.	Allow the applicant to inspect the animal prior to the adoption.
3.	Help the applicant with education of animal care if needed.
4.	Help the applicant with a list of suppliers for care and/or supplies if needed.

Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc has the right to refuse anyone not capable of providing appropriate care for an animal.

this application and responding with any questions or concerns that they may have.
